Solidifi is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, the field professionals on our network, and our clients. We have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on a daily basis to ensure our operational plans are consistent with the recommendations from the CDC, WHO, and our internal Business Continuity Plan.
To ensure our services to our customers are not interrupted the following items are in place to maintain business operations.
- Employee Safety – Our first priority is the health and well-being of our employees. We have enacted our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and continue to successfully operate with the vast majority of our employees working remotely. Being able to transition to remote network management is a core capability of our company and a core tenant of our business continuity commitment to our regulated lenders. We are very pleased that this has transitioned over seamlessly, and without any interruption to our clients.
- Field Professional Safety – We have been proactively communicating with our field professionals to ensure that they take extra precautions by asking the right questions, practicing social distancing and doing things to minimize surface contact during appointments to protect themselves as well as homeowners. We are very proud of the field professionals on our network, and their diligence during these uncertain times.
- Communication – We have instituted frequent, proactive communications with the field professionals on our network and our clients with regard to the impacts of COVID-19 on our business and continue to monitor and update them as the situation evolves.
This remains an unprecedented time in the world around us. We are committed to supporting all of our employees, field professionals and clients as we navigate through this pandemic while ensuring that our business continues to operate safely.
We sincerely thank our team and the field professionals on our network for their unwavering support. Now more than ever, you are enabling us to support thousands of homeowners at a time when they need it the most.
