Solidifi Charitable Foundation
The Solidifi Charitable Foundation was started more than a decade ago. It is funded in part by the generosity of appraisers on our network, who contribute one dollar from each assignment they complete through our Buck at a Time program. Solidifi believes that everyone should have access to safe, permanent and affordable housing and so our Foundation is focused on supporting organizations that work to end homelessness.
Each year, the Foundation selects a local non-profit organization to receive funding from the Foundation. This year, we are donating $50,000 to Accueil Bonneau, which supports those experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the Montreal area.

Pride
This June, Solidifi members celebrated the spirit of Pride by embracing diversity and standing in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. Through meaningful events and initiatives, we demonstrated our commitment to equality, inclusion, and acceptance for all.
December 2023
BMO Winter Wish
Solidifi proudly sponsored the BMO Winter Wish 2023 event, contributing to the successful fundraising initiative for United Way. This year marked a significant achievement, surpassing the fundraising goal with a total exceeding $1,000,000. Thank you to BMO for coordinating this event and for actively contributing to positive change within our communities.

Solidifi Charitable Foundation
The Solidifi Charitable Foundation has been raising funds to support programs that help improve the lives of children since 2011. In addition to corporate contributions from Solidifi, the Foundation is funded in part by the generosity of appraisers who participate in our Buck at a Time program through which they donate one dollar ($1) from every Solidifi assignment completed.
The Solidifi Charitable Foundation is proud to announce that we have donated $100,000 to Covenant House Toronto which is the largest agency in Canada serving youth who are homeless, trafficked or at risk.
Thank you to all the appraisers on our network who have donated over the years to make this possible.

Women in Mortgages Charity Golf Tournament
Solidifi was proud to sponsor the 3rd Annual BC Women in Mortgages Charity Golf Tournament. The event supported The Canadian Women’s Foundation (CWF) in empowering women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals to break free from violence and poverty, and step into confidence and leadership.
